Depending on the nature of your business and where you are in your business lifecycle, we can create lean business plans and top line marketing plans, or full, detailed business plans and marketing plans, including social plans and content plans.


Planning sessions help you formulate your ideas and goals and create a roap map. We can look at competitors, target markets, your competitive advantage, create budgets, growth strategies, formulate lead generation techniques, work on selling skills, set realistic, measurable targets, and detail operational plans, including HR and production.

You will leave our session with a draft business plan and/or marketing plan ready for your final touches and the inspiration to deliver on it.
