BUSINESS PLANNING

For start-up and established businesses

"Failing to plan is planning to fail"

  • Starting up a new business?

  • Have a great idea but are not sure whether it is commercially sound?

  • Have an existing small business but no business plan?

  • Is you business stagnating or declining?

In a one-on-one small business planning workshop we will run through what needs to be in a business plan and why it is important.

Depending on the nature of your business and where you are in your business lifecycle, I can show you how to create a lean business plan that will help you determine whether your idea is sound enough to start working on, and/or a full, detailed business plan that covers goals, vision and mission, growth strategies, competitors, your competitive advantage, how to set realistic, measurable targets, and how to create operational plans, including HR, marketing, production, finance and innovation.

You will leave our session with a draft business plan ready for your final touches.

Let's get your business moving.

NOTE: This one-on-one workshop is registered with the Management Capability Development Fund. Small businesses may qualify for vouchers to help pay for this workshop. Find out more by visiting www.regionalbusinesspartners.co.nz.
